I wanted to thank Cornerstone Air for an excellent experience. Our 3rd floor unit was not producing cold air and it was stifling to sleep in. Our compressor is actually located on the roof of our townhouse, so we had to make sure we got a technician who could go up there. The ease and precision of setting the appointment was fantastic.
We were promised a window of 12-4 last Saturday. At around 2:30, Richie came to the door. He was neatly dressed and groomed and had booties on to protect our flooring. He spent quite some time analyzing the problem. Turned out we needed a new capacitor and our coil was filthy thanks to a lovable but furry pup. Richie took the time to go over what the problems were and what future problems we could encounter. He spoke in technical terms, but at a level that my boyfriend and I could understand.
He then advised us of a service program that we could join to keep ahead of maintenance and service issues. He was polite, educated, and thorough.
Too many times we only hear about what our company or our employees did wrong… very rarely about the good. This was a GOOD experience as customers and homeowners. We will definitely recommend Cornerstone Air when asked for a referral and will be sharing this same letter on your Facebook page.
